It's a digipak release, so the package itself has been kept in VG+ condition, but slight discoloration is appearing in the inside spine (brown spots) and wear on the clear CD tray and indentations on the inner digipak sleeve.

Excruciate was a gore themed gutteral Death/Black Metal band from Australia's Sunshine Coast initially formed in 1998.

After one year the band released a demo titled "Fiend's of Gore" in 1999. This was followed up in 2003 with limited release of the debut EP "Chambers Of The Defleshed" via BlackTalon Media.

In 2006, the band entered the studio with a new line up in July to begin recording the debut full length "BOUND AND GAGGED" which was released April 2007.

Post Bound and Gagged, Excruciate endured an extended hiatus before returning in 2011. Lead by guitarists Sean Hudson and Josh Boast and surrounded by a completely new line-up, their second full-length "Depths of Impurity" was ejaculated from the GrindHead stables in 2013. "Depths" proficiently combines ultra brutal death metal with hyper-fast black metal to vicious effect.
